Privacy
We don't ask you for anything, so there's very little to say.
What we collect from you: nothing
There is no account to create, no email to hand over, no license number to enter, and no form that stores what you type. You look up your profession and state, you read what your board requires, and you leave. We never see who you are, and there is no row in a database with your name on it because we never made one.
This site used to offer a renewal-reminder email. We removed it. Part of the reason was that holding a licensee's email address and renewal date meant holding something we could lose, and a reference site doesn't need to carry that. If you used the old reminder tool, its data was never migrated to a live database, so there is nothing of yours to delete.
Google Analytics (consent-based in the EU)
This site also uses Google Analytics 4 for a fuller picture of how it is used. Unlike the Cloudflare tool, it sets a cookie and a random identifier, so we treat it as consent-based:
- In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland it stays off until you choose Accept on the banner. No cookie or identifier is set unless you opt in.
- Everywhere else it is on by default, which local privacy laws allow for first-party analytics. You can turn it off below at any time.
- Advertising and marketing signals are off everywhere. We run no ad campaigns and build no ad profiles.
Your analytics choice
Change your mind any time. This turns Google Analytics on or off across every page of this site and takes effect immediately.
