License renewal in Colorado

The Division does not publish a figure. It states that renewal fees may vary from year to year and shows a broker their own amount only after they sign in to its licensing system to start the renewal.

Colorado publishes no figure. Asked what a license costs, the Board answers that fees change and differ by application type, and directs you to the current amount on the application you submit.
Colorado requires no continuing-education hours to renew an active RN license. It runs a continued-competency program instead, and a nurse who has not practiced on an active license in the past 2 years must demonstrate competency (for example, a board-approved refresher course) before renewing.

What these figures do and do not cover
The hours figure is the requirement for an ordinary active renewal. It does not include first-renewal or post-licence education, which several boards set separately and which is usually larger. The fee is the board's own renewal charge and excludes late penalties, reinstatement and any third-party processing fee. Each profession page spells both out.
Deadlines are worth checking on the profession page rather than here. Some boards renew everyone on one date, some on the licensee's birthday, and some set different dates for different licence types inside the same profession.
