Why a calendar file instead of an email reminder
CredentialDesk used to offer to email you before your deadline. We took that out. Promising to reach a licensee's inbox on a schedule is a promise you have to keep perfectly, and a missed email can cost someone their ability to work. A calendar file has none of that exposure: the reminding happens inside your own software, which you control, and we're not in the loop at all. It's the same peace of mind, without asking you to trust us with your inbox or your data.
